According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 639 sales transactions worth AED1.62 billion on Monday in addition to 147 mortgage transactions totaling AED267.43 million and 24 gift transactions totaling AED45.74 million.
The sales included 43 land plots at AED321.81 million and 596 homes and apartments worth AED1.3 billion.
The mortgages included 20 land plots valued at AED27.53 million and 127 villas and flats worth AED239.9 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED1.9 billion.
