According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 644 sales transactions worth AED1.63 billion on Tuesday, along with 87 mortgage deals totaling AED156.2 million and 14 gift deals totaling AED25.98 million.
The sales included 44 land plots at AED310.59 million and 600 homes and apartments totaling AED1.32 billion.
The mortgages included 13 land plots valued at AED26.34 million and 74 villas and flats worth AED129.86 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED1.8 billion.
