According to information provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 500 sales for AED1.21 billion on Wednesday, along with 103 mortgage deals worth AED267.86 million and 73 gift deals totaling AED225.33 million.
33 land plots valued at AED240.95 million and 467 villas and apartments totaling AED970.05 million were sold.
The mortgages included 19 land plots valued at AED71.04 million and 84 villas and flats worth AED196.82 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED1.7 billion.
