According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 572 sales transactions worth AED1.18 billion on Monday, along with 89 mortgage deals totaling AED310.59 million and 17 gift deals totaling AED17.44 million.
34 land plots valued at AED211.26 million and 538 homes and apartments for AED966.85 million were sold.
The mortgages included 15 land plots valued at AED27.34 million and 74 villas and flats worth AED283.25 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED1.5 billion.
