According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 335 sales transactions worth AED916.36 million on Friday in addition to 61 mortgage agreements totaling AED214.37 million and 4 gift deals totaling AED11.56 million.
The sales included 46 land plots at AED202.71 million and 289 homes and apartments worth AED713.65 million.
The mortgages covered 11 land plots at AED117.6 million and 50 villas and apartments worth AED96.77 million, raising the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED1.1 billion.
