According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 565 sales transactions worth AED2.11 billion on Tuesday, along with 109 mortgage deals totaling AED101.95 million and 13 gift deals totaling AED86.14 million.
The sales included 77 land plots at AED896.83 million and 488 homes and apartments totaling AED1.21 billion.
The mortgages covered 19 land plots valued at AED298.6 million and 90 villas and apartments for AED196.64 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.4 billion.
