According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 559 sales transactions worth AED1.81 billion on Thursday, along with 120 mortgage deals totaling AED374.77 million and 110 gift deals totaling AED221.91 million.
The sales included 60 land plots at AED307.34 million and 499 homes and apartments totaling AED1.5 billion.
The mortgages covered 25 land plots for AED134.94 million and 95 villas and flats worth AED239.83 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to nearly AED2.4 billion.
