Dubai Investments has declared that the first phase of Danah Bay, its premier freehold development on Ras Al Khaimah’s Al Marjan Island, is completely sold out.
In the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, Danah Bay is a Dh1 billion luxury beach town and the ideal resort-style escape, setting new norms and permitting profitable investment choices.

Danah Bay’s phase 1 construction has commenced with the handover expected for Q1 2025. The project includes 188 villas, including two-bedroom townhouses with roof terraces, three-bedroom villas, four-bedroom beachfront villas, and five-bedroom breakwater villas. It also includes an approximately 90,000 square meter residential tower with 107 apartments, ranging in size from one-bedroom studios to four-bedroom penthouse apartments.
The 2-, 3-, and 3-plus bedroom townhouses and the 4-bedroom villas are all part of Phase 1. The 4-, 5-, and 5-plus bedroom villas as well as the 2-bedroom townhomes are part of Phase 2. The hotel and the apartment buildings are part of the project’s third phase.
In Danah Bay, the 300-room Grand Millennium Resort is a top-end resort with intriguing specialty dining selections and a wide range of beach recreational amenities. The hotel, which is anticipated to be finished by Q1 2026, is planned to provide a soothing resort-style experience in Ras Al Khaimah.
