The developer today unveiled the AED 510 million (USD 138.8 mln) Skyros residential project in Arjan, which takes its name and design elements from the well-known Skyros Island in Greece, in response to the significant investor turnover from Europe for Samana’s Greek island-themed projects. White beaches, marine caves, and seaside towns make the island famous. In the mini-island, Samana Skyros has produced a similar design. Samana Skyros also has retail establishments.

The mid-luxury 3B+G+17 Skyros project is a continuation of Samana Developers’ several project launches scheduled for this year. The Mohammed Bin Zayed Motorway and the Al Khail Expressway are both very close to Skyros, which is situated in Arjan.
