Dubai developer Damac is back with a twin-tower project at Safa Park

With Damac Properties announcing a twin-tower development – Safa One – near the Safa Park, Dubai’s off-plan market is in full swing. This too features an association with Damac, aligning with the Swiss jeweler de Grisogono for the design.

At its previous tower launch in Dubai Marina, the (Roberto) Cavalli brand was associated. Incidentally, the luxury label is owned by Hussain Sajwani, Damac’s founder.

At the Safa Park project, the buildings are designed to replicate a necklace created by Fawaz Gruosi, the founder of de Grisogono. The design will be unique for its deep shade of emerald green, which will be a “signature identity” of the luxury twin tower. There are a luxury and super luxury floors in the two towers. There will be a space for hanging gardens, “leveraging the essence of nature from ground level up”.

“Sophisticated influences from the house of de Grisogono adds glamour to (the) high-living, blended in comfort with nature and greenery,” said Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice-President at Damac.
