Creek Views II, an AED350 million ($95.2 million) luxury development on the shores of Dubai Creek in Dubai Healthcare City, is almost ready for handover, according to a statement from Dubai-based Azizi Developments.
The development, which is well situated in the heart of the city, has 587 apartments spread across 116 studios, 436 one-bedroom, and 35 two-bedroom units. It also has two swimming pools, a sauna, a steam room, a fully equipped gym, and a kids’ play area, among other amenities.
According to the developer, Creek Views II’s distinctive design symbolizes Dubai’s transition from a traditional past to a modern, reinvented future.
With MEP at 99%, the structure, blockwork, interior plaster, HVAC, tiling, swimming pool, façade, elevator, and external works are all finished. With 750 workers, overall finishes are also 99% complete, it continued.
On the key development, CEO Farhad Azizi said: “We are thrilled with the rapid construction progress at Creek Views II. The contractor has continually exceeded our demanding quality control and assurance criteria while meeting the project’s tight delivery deadline.”
