A new housing development in the heart of Dubai has been launched by Dubai Asset Management – Al Khail Gate Muhra.
Al Khail Gate Muhra consists of three five-story apartment buildings with a mix of contemporary studios, one- and two-bedroom units. The new project is an expansion of Al Khail Gate, a self-contained master community with a central location for families and professionals in Al Quoz.
Located in Al Khail Gate Muhra, studio units can be rented for Dh33,000 per year, one-bedroom apartments can be rented for Dh45,000, and two-bedroom apartments can be rented for Dh63,000. Business Bay and Burj Khalifa are visible from some units facing north. Furthermore, Dubai Asset Management provides tenants with flexible payment terms, no commissions, security deposit deferral schemes, and an extra month of rent-free of charge. Each unit is chiller-free and has a parking space.

Located in Al Khail Gate, this master community offers studios to three-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 373 square feet to 2,010 square feet at a competitive price. In addition to being located near major highways like Sheikh Zayed Road, the area is well-connected to public transportation, including busses that take passengers to the Dubai Metro line.
Furthermore, Dubai Asset Management is extending its summer rental promotions, which will run until September 30, 2021, to include Al Khail Gate Muhra. Besides a 10 percent discount on rental of all units types, customers will also be eligible for a 2.5 percent discount on the premium amount due in 12 monthly installments. In addition to 30-day postponement on security deposits, 30-day early move-in, and up to 30-day lengthening of the lease start date from the date of signing, new tenants can get 30-day postponement on rental payments.
