Daamc Properties launches Business Bay’s Chic Tower

Business Bay's Chic Tower is launched by Daamc Properties

The most prominent luxury developer in the Middle East, Damac Properties, has launched “Chic Tower,” a 41-story tower built to promote wellness and healthy living in a distinctively luxurious environment with a wealth of services and facilities.

The project, which takes design cues from the healing properties of turquoise, will be the peak of design, with branded interiors created by master jeweller de Grisogono.

CHIC Tower offers unparalleled access to world-class financial and lifestyle areas as well as direct access to the Dubai Canal and the city’s sparkling waterways. It also boasts a superb location in the centre of Business Bay in Dubai.

Damac plans to offer three and four-bedroom apartments with expansive hydroponic walls and sky pools at a later time. Chic Tower offers exclusive studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments as well as one-bedroom lofts with mesmerising private terraces.

“Our objective with this project goes beyond just fine layouts. Along with its exquisite architecture, Chic Tower encapsulates and advocates for wellness, positivity, and luxurious living. This new development draws its inspiration from the vital need for wellness and self-care, in a fast-paced industrious and demanding world,” Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president of Damac, said.

Chic Tower, which was designed with luxurious wellness in mind, combines restorative baths, spa services, and cutting-edge sky gyms. Along with hot baths, cold baths, salt baths, and mud baths, seven revitalising baths are specifically created to remove bodily toxins, resulting in skin glow with the brilliance of the youth.

The CHIC Tower will open a beauty bar, the first of its kind in Dubai, that is said to hold the key to youth. Specialist technicians will handcraft skincare items specifically for the needs and skin types of residents.

The debut of this luxury wellness living concept is centred around three important health pillars: mind, body, and skin, McLoughlin remarked in response to questions about the distinctive facilities.

The building’s crowning splendour, a stepped roof that resembles layers of rock where water trickles from one pool to another, is also a cascade of undulating terraces inspired by the waves of Dubai’s Canal.

“Every aspect of the project has been carefully considered and designed to maximise the use of environmental resources such as light, air, and views, as well as to leverage cross-ventilation, thereby creating comfort and tranquil luxury,” McLoughlin added.

This new construction will add to the Dubai 2040 New Urban Masterplan, which emphasises health, sustainability, and enhanced quality of life. It is intended to be a premier residential destination.
