Bvlgari Lighthouse construction contract awarded to Meraas for Dh850 million

Dutco Construction Co LLC has been awarded a Dh850 million contract by Dubai Holding Real Estate Company’s Meraas to construct the Bvlgari Lighthouse on Jumeira Bay Island. Now that the marine work on this portion of Jumeria Bay Island is finished, construction on the 27-story luxury residential tower will soon begin, Meraas announced on Monday.

After Nakheel awarded Jan De Nul Dredging a Dh810 million contract for marine works on Palm Jebel Ali, Meraas awarded Dutco a construction contract. Some of the largest construction contracts granted this year include these two.

The Bvlgari Lighthouse, which was designed by the architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, is expected to be finished by Q2 2027. This is Bvlgari and Meraas’ third project together.

Luxury penthouses with four and five bedrooms can be found at Bvlgari Lighthouse. Above its top three levels, there will be a unique eight-bedroom Sky Villa surrounded by large private rooftop gardens, outdoor living areas, a private pool, and chic lounge areas on either side of the structure.

Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said, “The Bvlgari Lighthouse will soon become a part of this exceptional portfolio. Our partnership with Dutco Construction marks a significant milestone as we advance towards realizing this landmark project.”

He added, “Reflecting Bvlgari’s values of unrivaled craftsmanship and timeless elegance, our most exclusive new address is set to elevate the standard for luxury beachfront living at Jumeira Bay Island and maintain Dubai as a destination of choice.”

Bvlgari Resort Dubai is located on Jumeira Bay Island by Meraas, which is shaped like a seahorse. The island is home to some of the most sought-after homes in the world, as well as private beaches, excellent dining establishments, and serene boulevards.
