Binghatti, a Dubai-based property developer, has announced plans to unveil its latest residential project, One by Binghatti.
The exclusive launch event will be held on May 27, 2024, at the Bvlgari Yacht Club in Jumeirah Beach.
One by Binghatti will be located in Dubai’s popular Business Bay neighborhood, with easy access to Downtown Dubai. It will provide views across the water to landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa.

The integrated design concept aims to bring various elements together into a unified facade, according to an emailed statement from the company on Thursday.
The waterfront development will be near other premium branded residences by Binghatti, such as Bugatti Residences, Mercedes Benz Places, and Burj Binghatti Jacob&Co Residences.

Adult and children’s swimming pools will be available, as well as basketball, paddle tennis, and street soccer courts.
There will be a gym, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. Sunken seating, a running lane, and a viewing deck are among the outdoor amenities offered.
