Azizi Developments, based in the UAE, has completed the first phase of its premium waterfront community project Riviera in MBR City by handing over the keys to buildings 2, 4, 7, 11, 12, 13, and 14, totaling 1,164 apartments.
The award-winning Riviera project by Azizi Developments was created to bring the French-Mediterranean way of life to Dubai.
Riviera is a chic waterfront lifestyle destination that, when finished, will include 71 mid-rise buildings with roughly 16,000 residences, and it will be ideally situated in the middle of all the city’s commercial, entertainment, and retail hotspots.

Azizi announced that it was currently preparing for the remaining 8,895 units across 42 projects that will be delivered in 2022. The developer also turned over Creek Views I, a 634-unit building with a construction cost of about AED 300 million, earlier this week in Dubai Healthcare City.
“We are now working on the next set of handovers in Riviera, with many more to follow this year as part of our ambitious, yet very realistic delivery schedule,” he added.
