Azizi Developments on Tuesday launched three Riviera Beachfront residences in Riviera, his multi-million dollar residential and commercial project in MBR City inspired by the French Mediterranean. All three residences have direct access to Riviera’s 2.7 kilometer-long crystal lagoon.
These new 14-story buildings are the latest addition to the master-planned Riviera community in Dubai, offering beachfront living in the heart of the city with 252 studios, 84 one-bedroom flats, 84 two-bedroom homes, and 19 retail units totaling 439 units.
The buildings each feature a swimming pool, vast landscaped areas, a fully equipped gym, a barbeque area, a children’s playground, and games, and a yoga space, while the community as a whole will comprise several basketball and tennis courts, extensive jogging, and cycling track, and several other facilities, offering residents a vibrant living experience that fosters a true sense of belonging.
The announcement of the crystal lagoon was a game-changer for the Riviera community, said Farhad Azizi, CEO of Azizi Developments.
“It was already one of the most popular developments among both local and international investors prior to the enormous swimmable, pool-like lagoon being planned, but following the announcement, we had to launch an additional three buildings to keep up with demand,” he said.

Azizi Developments announced in June this year that the spectacularly large crystal lagoon will be added to Riviera. The lagoon will be spread over 130,026 square meters across the entire community.
