With Trojan General Contracting, Q Holding Group has signed two agreements to design and construct 1,742 villas for Emiratis in the Al Samha and West Baniyas areas of Abu Dhabi.
The two agreements come after a partnership between Q Holding and the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority to develop the two areas in line with Abu Dhabi’s 2030 Vision, which calls for the creation of sustainable communities and the provision of modern housing for the nation’s residents.
“Our agreement with Trojan to develop these two new projects came after a thorough study of the company’s track record in building to the highest standards,” said Majed Odeh, Group CEO at Q Holding. “Both agreements have reaffirmed our commitment to provide added value to Abu Dhabi’s economy and to our society at large.”

The design, building, and development of the infrastructure necessary for the projects’ final delivery are all included in the scope of work for both conventions.
The following four years will be dedicated to completing the West Baniyas project. The project will involve the construction of 1500 villas over a roughly 6 million square meter area, as well as several important infrastructure projects, such as building roads, community centers, schools, and other services, as well as parks and green areas.
Taking up more than 500,000 square meters, the new Al Samha project will be completed over a period of 38 months. In order to ensure environmental sustainability and comfort to its occupants, the project entails building 242 villas in addition to other necessary infrastructural improvements.
