After the first building contract was awarded, Arada, a leading developer in the United Arab Emirates, began development on its ultra-luxurious Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah.
The Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah, which was created in collaboration with Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio and Pritzker-Prize-winning Japanese architect Tadao Ando, boasts 52 individually designed homes, 90,000 square feet of first-rate amenities, and expansive views of the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline, Arada said in a statement.
International Foundation Group (IFG), a seasoned operator based in Dubai that specializes in deep foundation and ground solutions, has been given the contract to complete the project’s enabling works, which comprise shoring, piling, dewatering, and excavation.
On-site work has started and is anticipated to be finished in March of next year, at which point the project’s primary construction contract will be given out.
Arada has unveiled the project’s dedicated Show Apartment at the master developer’s sales office in City Walk, concurrent with the commencement of building at Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah.
In addition to materials and furnishings from the renowned brand, the Show Apartment includes a duplicate of the living room, master bedroom, master bathroom, boudoir, and dining room, all created exclusively by Armani/Casa.
Arada Group CEO Ahmed Alkhoshaibi said: “We’re pleased to have started construction on Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah and look forward to working with our partners, Tadao Ando and Armani/Casa to bring this unique residential project to life.”
“It is a new landmark for one of Dubai’s most coveted neighbourhoods, offering impeccable design and architecture alongside an impressive collection of top-class amenities,” he stated.
“Every beautifully appointed home is defined by a desire to bring extravagant ocean and skyline views into its interior, with a wide array of configurations including including two-, three-, four-, five-bedroom and penthouse residences all offering unrestrained access to the exterior view,” he added.
Two presidential suites are part of the upcoming project, which combines an extravagant mega-terrace with an infinity pool with a variety of internal function areas, such as a private cinema, a private parking lounge with space for seven cars, a private gym, libraries, and a reflective pool in a contemplative courtyard.
According to Alkhoshaibi, purchasers of presidential suites and penthouses would have the chance to collaborate closely with Armani/Casa to create a genuinely customized interior design for their residences.
“Since its launch earlier this year, Armani Beach Residences has been named Best Branded Residences in major luxury lifestyle magazine Robb Report’s Best of the Best annual awards, as well as Waterfront Project of the Year at the 2024 Pillars of Real Estate Awards,” he added.
