Arada launches sale of Armani Beach luxury residences

Developer Arada, based in the United Arab Emirates, has announced the opening of sales at the Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah, a brand-new ultra-luxury landmark in Dubai, in collaboration with Japanese architect Tadao Ando and Armani/Casa Interior Design Studio.

According to a statement from Arada, the Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah, which boast expansive views of the Arabian Gulf and the Dubai skyline, are designed to achieve harmony between architecture, the surrounding seascape, and the senses.

Situated on the outer crescent of the famous artificial islands in Dubai, the Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah showcases the Japanese Pritzker Prize-winning architect’s longstanding emphasis on the relationship between nature and architecture. It was designed by Tadao Ando.

Arada released a statement stating that in addition to its exceptional architecture and waterfront location, Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah stands out for a range of amenities spanning 90,000 square feet. These amenities were all created and furnished by Armani/Casa, enabling residents to enjoy a genuinely upscale lifestyle.

It said that this collection of upscale amenities included a private beach, a children’s play area, a compact movie theater, a premium residents-only spa, a multipurpose function room, a cigar lounge, and a landscaped deck area.

According to a top official, every residence at Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah, with prices starting at AED21 million ($5.7 million), is defined by the desire to bring the lavish views of the ocean and skyline into the interior.

“Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah represents a new standard for the high-end Dubai real estate market, helping to redefine the concept of ultra-luxury living in one of the world’s most coveted neighborhoods. Brought together by Arada, this is the first and only time that Giorgio Armani and Tadao Ando have collaborated on a residential offering,” remarked Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal, Vice Chairman of Arada.

“This has been achieved by providing a wide range of configurations, including two-, three-, four-, five-bedroom residences, penthouses, and two presidential suites, all of which offer unrestrained access to the exterior view,” he stated.

He claims that each specially created home has high-end Armani/Casa fixtures and fittings for the kitchen, bathrooms, and living areas.

Each residence has floor-to-ceiling glass facades, a signature Armani concept of a circular or linear foyer, generously sized terraces, and proportionately high ceilings. According to him, buyers will also have the option of designing their home’s interior with a light or dark color scheme.

“The presidential suites provide a new definition of ultra-luxury, combining numerous different internal function areas – including a contemplative courtyard space with reflective pool, a personalized gym, libraries, a private cinema, and a private parking lounge with space for seven cars – with an opulent mega-terrace featuring an infinity pool,” stated Prince Khaled.

Additionally, he said, buyers of presidential suites and penthouses will have the chance to collaborate directly with Armani/Casa to create a completely custom interior design for their properties.

Group President and CEO Giorgio Armani said: “I believe this partnership with Tadao Ando and Arada will result in an exceptional and elevated living experience, complemented by superb architecture and refined, contemporary design.”

Renewing their long-standing collaboration with Giorgio Armani to create a project that combines architecture and nature to create a breathtaking living area thrilled Tadao Ando.

“The architecture at this wonderful location is designed to pursue a visual and experiential continuity between the interior and the seascape that surrounds the project, with the interplay of light and shadow helping to create a dynamic sequence from arrival through to the public areas and finally to each impeccable residence,” he added.

By the end of 2026, Armani Beach Residences at Palm Jumeirah should be finished.
