The second of six brand-new Dh100 million-plus (the emphasis is on the “plus”) villas on the Palm, in what the developer, Alpago Properties, calls the “Billionaires’ Row,” has been made available for purchase. The property, which is situated on Frond G, is being constructed as demand for Dubai’s ultra-luxury residences grows steadily.
Alpago launched its first vessel, the “Riva Del Lusso,” last month, and it “attracted an incredible level of attention.” The property’s enclosed space is 14,000 square feet, and it is oceanfront.
The “Serene Versante” was created by two companies, LW Design and CK Architecture Interiors. “We are continuing our push to be seen as the first choice for high-end properties in Dubai and worldwide,” said Murat Ayyildiz, founder of Alpago.
The Serene Versante is situated on 16,000 square feet and has four floors of built-up space totaling about 17,000 square feet. It has a specially designed basement that has room for eight cars. A movie room and an infinity pool will be included in addition to the six bedrooms.
