An $1.09 billion development project is launched in Bada Al Jubail by Jubail Island

Bada Al Jubail, an upscale community with opulent mansions on Jubail Island, has been unveiled by Jubail Island Investment Company (JIIC) at a development value of AED 4 billion. The community spans over 446,000 square meters of land with 8 kilometers of beachfrontage.

There will be nine different types of mansions on Bada Al Jubail, with plot areas varying from 2,000 to 6,000 square meters and 1,100 to 3,000 square meters each.

Mounir Haidar, Managing Director of JIIC, said, “Following the soft launch of Bada Al Jubail, which received an overwhelmingly positive response, and with the recent handover of the residential units on Jubail Island, homeowners are beginning to appreciate the island’s unique value proposition. This is attracting affluent buyers and investors seeking a unique blend of exclusivity, world-class amenities, and an investment opportunity in a growing and dynamic market.”

The new community will include a yacht club, an elegant members’ lounge, a cigar bar, cycle tracks and jogging paths, a wellness center and spa, a fitness studio, and a kids club. It will also offer residents a designated 30-yacht marina and a full range of watersport experiences, with professional boating staff supervising the use of the facilities.

The many facilities on Jubail Island, such as restaurants, retail stores, beach clubs, private schools, and 1.4 million square meters of parks and open spaces, will also be available to residents of Bada Al Jubail.

With a prime location and excellent connectivity options, Bada Al Jubail is only a short drive from Downtown Abu Dhabi and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2027.

Six residential villages will be located on Jubail Island, which is owned by JIIC and is being developed and managed by LEAD Real Estate Developer. The villages are tucked away amidst the mangroves’ rich biodiversity and stunning natural surroundings.
