Aldar launched new homes at the Dh2 billion ‘Fay Alreeman’ project in Alshamkha

Aldar, has launched new homes for UAE nationals at the Dh2 billion 'Fay Alreeman' project in Alshamkha

With the second stage release of 554 villas at its Dh2 billion ‘Fay Alreeman’ development in Abu Dhabi’s Alshamkha neighbourhood, Aldar Properties is back in offplan launch mode. These three, four, five, and six-bedroom residences will go for sale on April 24 for a starting price of Dh2.7 million. The project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025.

The units are available for purchase only by UAE Nationals. “Alreeman II has been well received by the market as UAE Nationals continue to seek well-priced, high-quality and comfortable living spaces in desirable destinations across the emirate,” said Rashed Al Omaira, Chief Commercial Officer at Aldar Development. “Launching a range of villas in the second phase is a direct response to the demand we have seen in the market for a ready product that residents can quickly move into.”

Alreeman II villas will cover a total area of 2.4 million square meters. The average size of a three-bedroom villa is 301 square meters, while a six-bedroom property is 507 square meters.

Aldar had just gone on an investing binge, purchasing a mall and a resort in Ras Al Khaimah. The introduction of ‘Alreeman II’ by its property development arm shows that the developer is prepared to release more off-plan properties. This follows the announcement by the Abu Dhabi master developer of ‘Louvre’ branded villas on Saadiyat Island.
