Dubai: Several new projects have been announced in the UAE construction pipeline, with Union Properties choosing Airolink to carry out initial work on its Motor City Views project. Motor City – a development positioned in the heart of Dh800 million – will consist of three buildings with a total of 880 apartments across seven floors.

Motor City’s new cluster launches Union Properties back into off-plan development, and is a route that other leading developers should take soon. In Dubai, the latest August sales figures indicate that demand for off-plan properties is on the rise. The August pace indicates developers will have to release new phases to keep up with the pace, or else come up with entirely new projects.
