According to data supplied by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 643 sales transactions worth AED1.93 billion on Monday, along with 93 mortgage deals for AED1.25 billion and 10 gift deals totaling AED178.51 billion.
The sales included 575 villas and apartments worth AED1.46 billion, 68 land plots worth AED463.09 million, and 39 villas and apartments worth AED79.09 million. The mortgages included 54 land plots worth AED1.17 million and 39 villas and apartments worth AED79.09 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to over AED3.3 billion.
