On Thursday, the Dubai real estate market saw 508 sales transactions totaling AED1.55 billion, along with 107 mortgage transactions totaling AED879.54 million and 10 gift transactions totaling AED29.32 million, according to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD).
More than AED 2.4 billion has been spent on real estate as a result of sales of 406 villas and apartments worth AED 786.55 million, 102 land plots worth AED 762.02 million, and mortgages of 82 villas and apartments worth AED 587.99 million and 25 land plots for AED 291.55 million.
