According to data released by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 568 sales transactions worth AED1.37 billion on Monday, along with 93 mortgage deals totaling AED197.58 million and 23 gift deals totaling AED858.27 million.
Sales included 503 villas and apartments worth AED1.04 billion, 65 land plots worth AED323.78 million, and 71 villas and apartments worth AED164.78 million, while mortgages included 22 land plots worth AED32.8 million and 71 villas and apartments worth AED164.78 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to over AED2.4 billion.
