According to data provided by the Dubai Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 544 sales transactions worth AED1.64 billion on Tuesday, as well as 78 mortgage deals totaling AED590.54 million. The mortgages included 60 villas and apartments worth AED 477.96 million and 18 land plots worth AED 112.59 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to over AED 2.2 billion. The sales included 444 villas and apartments worth AED1.01 billion and 100 land plots worth AED633.18 million.
