According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 344 sales transactions worth AED1.09 billion on Wednesday, along with 98 mortgage deals totaling AED405.08 million and 16 gift deals totaling AED366.51 million.
More than AED 1.8 billion has been spent on real estate as a result of sales of 288 villas and apartments worth AED743.31 million, 56 land plots worth AED346.25 million, and mortgages of 68 villas and apartments worth AED227.82 million and 30 land plots for AED177.26 million.
