According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 376 sales transactions worth AED 897.38 million on Monday, along with 122 mortgage deals for AED 704.22 million and 13 gift deals totaling AED 23.3 million.
The overall value of today’s real estate transactions exceeded AED1.6 billion. Sales included 78 land plots valued at AED295.34 million, 78 villas and apartments valued at AED602.04 million, and 92 villas and flats valued at AED226.63 million.
