According to data supplied by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai saw 387 sales transactions worth AED1.15 billion on Tuesday, along with 68 mortgage deals totaling AED149.38 million and 85 gift transactions totaling AED140.85 million.
The sales included 336 villas and apartments worth AED913.23 million, 51 land plots worth AED241.01 million, and 53 villas and apartments worth AED117.45 million. The mortgages included 15 land plots worth AED31.94 million and 53 villas and apartments worth AED117.45 million, bringing the total value of today’s real estate transactions to over AED1.4 billion.
