According to data provided by Dubai’s Land Department (DLD), the real estate market in Dubai had 379 sales transactions worth AED1.09 billion on Thursday, along with 96 mortgage deals totaling AED319.78 million and 18 gift deals totaling AED35.4 million.
More than AED 1.4 billion has been spent on real estate as a result of sales of 359 villas and apartments worth AED 755.34 million, mortgages of 78 villas and flats worth AED 170.89 million, and purchases of 18 land plots for AED 148.89 million.
