AED 7.1 bn in week-long real estate transactions in Dubai

During the week ending 07 October 2021, there were 1,959 real estate and property transactions valued at AED 7.1 billion in total, according to the weekly report released by Dubai Land Department (DLD) on Thursday.

158 plots were sold for AED 586.15 million, and 1,307 apartments and villas were sold for AED 3.08 billion.

The top three transactions were land in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid sold for AED 33 million, followed by land that was sold for AED 30.83 million in Madinat Dubai Almelaheyah, and land sold for AED 33 million in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid in third place.

Al Hebiah Third recorded 52 sales transactions worth AED 126.61 million this week, followed by Al Yufrah 2 with 21 sales transactions worth AED 31.37 million, and Al Yufrah 3 with 13 sales transactions worth AED 13 million in third place.

The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment sold for AED 544 million in Marsa Dubai, an apartment sold for AED 342 million in Burj Khalifa, and thirdly a villa sold for AED 263 million in Wadi Al Safa 5.

AED 3 billion totaled the amount of mortgaged properties for the week, with the highest being a 1 billion AED apartment in Marsa Dubai.

125 properties worth AED 340 million were granted between first-degree relatives.
