With the announcement of its first-ever branded apartments in Abu Dhabi, Millennium Hotels and Resorts Middle East & Africa is setting a new standard for beachfront living in the capital of the United Arab Emirates.
The 85 roomy residences at the brand-new Millennium Residences Saadiyat Island complex, which range from studios to one- and two-bedroom apartments, provide expansive views of the Arabian Gulf or the skyline of Abu Dhabi.
According to a statement from Millennium Hotels and Resorts, these residences, which are ideally situated in Abu Dhabi’s cultural district, are only a short distance from the immaculate Saadiyat beach and minutes from famous sites like the Abrahamic Family House and the Louvre Abu Dhabi. They redefine both short-term and long-term lodging by fusing hotel-quality amenities with the coziness of home.
According to the statement, each house is well-designed and furnished with fully working kitchens, smart TVs, free Wi-Fi, and contemporary conveniences, making them perfect for long-term residents, families, and business travelers.
Khaled Amer, Vice President Commercial, Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA, said: “This launch marks a significant milestone for Millennium Hotels MEA as we expand our portfolio into branded residences. Millennium Residences Saadiyat Island is more than a place to stay; it is a lifestyle destination that captures the spirit of Abu Dhabi’s cultural and coastal appeal, while offering a new standard of comfort and flexibility for our guests.”
Modern indoor and outdoor gyms, a rooftop infinity pool, and convenient access to Saadiyat’s natural beaches are just a few of the recreational amenities available to visitors, according to Amer.
“Its prime location also places visitors within reach of Yas Island’s attractions, from Ferrari World to Warner Bros. World and Yas Waterworld,” he added.
The prominent hotel firm Millennium & Copthorne owns, manages, and operates more than 145 properties across approximately 80 sites in Asia, Europe, the Middle East, New Zealand, and the US, under the Millennium Hotels and Resorts global brand.
In addition to the 32 hotels currently under construction in the area, Millennium Hotels & Resorts, MEA manages approximately 15,000 keys across nearly 60 hotels.
