To build Abu Dhabi’s first Mandarin Oriental-branded homes on Saadiyat Island, Aldar has teamed up with Mandarin Oriental, the renowned owner and operator of some of the most opulent hotels, resorts, and homes in the world.
The 228 luxurious residences at Mandarin Oriental Residences, which are scheduled to go on sale later in 2024, will be the pinnacle of luxury through exquisite design and the renowned service that has made Mandarin Oriental one of the most renowned hospitality brands in the world.
The upscale complex is situated in the Saadiyat Cultural District and has a view of the Zayed National Museum’s towering falcon wings. The Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, the upcoming Natural History Museum Abu Dhabi, and the Louvre Abu Dhabi can all be reached on foot. Mandarin Oriental Residences will also have access to 60,000 square meters of immersive shopping, entertainment, and leisure options at the neighboring Saadiyat Grove, as well as 3,500 square meters of upscale dining options along the Zayed National Museum promenade.
