In collaboration with a top global luxury brand, Ohana Development, a major developer of luxury real estate in the United Arab Emirates, announced plans to start construction on a high-end branded residential project in Abu Dhabi.
According to a statement from the UAE developer, this will be Ohana’s second branded residential development after the success of its most recent Elie Saab Waterfront by Ohana. It is scheduled for an official reveal in Q1 2025.
It further stated that luxury beachfront living in the United Arab Emirates is about to be redefined by this exclusive development.

The developer from the United Arab Emirates has a portfolio of highly regarded waterfront properties, such as Elie Saab Waterfront by Ohana, Ohana Hills, a residential community with stunning views, Ohana by the Sea, which features luxury villas, and Ohana Villas, which feature exquisitely crafted pieces from the Elie Saab Maison collection.
