A residential project inspired by a resort is launched by Meydan

Meydan, a major global master developer of real estate, has opened a brand-new residential community called Naya at District One in Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.

The newly constructed area is maintained by Nakheel and will provide residents with a higher standard of living, demonstrating Meydan and Nakheel’s dedication to fostering pleasure and prosperity.

Three distinctive towers with green roofs make up Naya at District One. These towers contain one- to four-bedroom apartments with lots of space, as well as Lagoon Villas with private gardens and terraces.

The development’s floor-to-ceiling windows will provide occupants with vistas of both Dubai’s skyline and the largest man-made lagoon in the world. It said Naya at District One would provide a gated community with round-the-clock security and a safe and secure living environment.

Meydan City Corporation CEO Issam Galadari said: “Naya at District One will be a one-of-a-kind resort-inspired oasis of greenery and pristine waters in the heart of Dubai. The sophisticated design and curated amenities will provide residents with a refined lifestyle and a family-friendly community.”

It will provide an abundance of top-notch amenities that support good health and wellness. A rooftop lounge, a basketball court, a padel court, expansive green spaces, and a gym with studios are all available to residents.

The property will also include a playground for children, an outdoor play area, an infinity pool with cabanas and lounge chairs, a kiddie pool with shade, and a playground for children.

According to Galadari, residents will also have direct access to the 35-hectare crystal lagoon and its beaches, giving them the chance to engage in a range of activities and water sports including kayaking and paddle boarding.
