As part of the Royal Amwaj project, a land deal worth Dh940 million was finalized in the Palm Jumeirah area.
Based on data from the Dubai Land Department, the impressive price per square foot of the 261,712 square-foot plot is Dh3,591.
A well-known increase in activity has been observed in the Dubai real estate market following this deal, with transactions totaling Dh1.08 billion across 90 transactions in less than two hours. Naturally, the Palm Jumeirah deal led the group.
This was closely followed by two more, one in the Mamzar area valued at Dh 14.9 million and the other in MBR City’s District One worth Dh 16 million.
