Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate of Dubai launched a brand-new residential project in Al Badia in Dubai Festival City on Monday.
Al Badia Terraces encompasses a complex of residential mid-rise towers with more than 350 units.
132 one-bedroom homes, 193 two-bedroom units, and 26 three-bedroom units will make up Al Badia Terraces. The bedrooms range in size from 749 square feet for one-bedroom to 1,183 square feet for two bedrooms and 1,942 square feet for three bedrooms.
The project should be finished in less than 24 months.
