Strong architectural impact will be produced by the tower’s unusual elliptical exterior, which was inspired by the sweeping lines of contemporary Mercedes-Benz vehicles.

“We have taken our unique design philosophy of Sensual Purity beyond automotive and shaped an iconic landmark. It looks very different, unique, and futuristic and it will be associated with the design, technology, and luxury appeal that are trademarks of every Mercedes-Benz,” Gorden Wagener, Chief Design Officer of Mercedes-Benz Group AG said.

The 150 residences that makeup Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti have been thoughtfully designed to enhance the brand experience.

The three primary components of the tower’s design are the closed southern façade with visually arresting cladding for energy efficiency and shading, the lamella structure with dynamic lines, and the core with horizontal balcony structuring.
