A new Armani project will be built on the Palm in Dubai with Arada as its partner

Sales at the luxurious Palm Jumeirah development’s Armani Beach Residences will begin in the second half of 2023, with a completion date of the end of 2026. In its most recent endeavor in Dubai, the Armani Group has partnered with Arada, a developer with headquarters in Sharjah.

Tadao Ando is also joining the team and will create the project’s beachfront design. It is situated on the Palm’s outer crescent.

“I am delighted to renew our collaboration with Tadao Ando, with whom the Armani Group has a long association, dating back to the design of Armani/Teatro in Milan in 2001,” said Giorgio Armani, Chairman and CEO of the Armani Group.

Arada, a developer best known for its Aljada and Masaar projects in Sharjah, is expanding into Dubai. It revealed its desire to start on the Palm last year, choosing to meet investors’ ongoing demand for the island resort.

“With an outstanding location on the hugely in-demand Palm Jumeirah islands, we’re excited at the prospect of bringing this truly unique residential opportunity to Dubai, the world’s fastest-growing high-end real estate market,” said Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed bin Talal, Vice-Chairman of Arada.
