The remarkable sale of 90% of the units in the Arim and Alma neighborhoods led to the announcement by the Sharjah-based Alef Group of the opening of the Samr 1 neighborhood, a new zone within the Hayyan development project, according to a report.
Issa Ataya, CEO of Alef Group, said: “The successful launch of our newest neighbourhood, Samr 1, within the Hayyan residential project, comes in response to the growing demand for this development, Emirates News Agency, WAM, said.
The “Hayyan project” is a prime example of Alef Group’s initiatives to boost Sharjah’s real estate market by offering top-notch properties that adhere to international standards.
“It caters to the diverse aspirations of homebuyers, business owners, and investors across all sectors, with a focus on quality and excellence.”
Samr 1, the newest project in the Hayyan development, is situated right in the center of Sharjah. There are 180 units in the new residential development, comprising standalone villas with four bedrooms, townhouses with three bedrooms, and three bedroom townhouses.
With features like a lagoon swimming pool, park, kids’ play areas, farmhouse, landscape pocket parks for villas, cycling track inside the development, shopping center, and community mosque, the project is a family-friendly neighborhood.
By September 2028, when the project is finished, the owners should receive it.
Alef Group’s AED3.5 billion ($952 million) development, Hayyan, is roughly 8.7 million square feet in size and has 1,882 villa units spread across four distinct areas.
With over 40,000 green trees and 80,000 square feet of organic edible crops, the project supports Sharjah’s goal of creating a sustainable green environment that complies with international environmental regulations.
