The Dolce Vita designer villas were unveiled on Tuesday by Dubai-based developer Vincitore Realty. The Dolce Vita Residences and Dolce Vita Suites project, with a development value surpassing Dh800 million, will include 479 branded designer residences, 220 luxury hotel suites, and 20 boutique designer retails.
Dolce Vita, which translates to “The Sweet Life” in Italian, will be constructed in Arjan, Dubailand, not far from the Mediclinic Hospital, close to Miracle Garden, close to Dubai Hills Mall, and adjacent to two major airports. With options ranging from studios to one-bedroom, imperial one-bedroom, and royal two-bedroom apartments, the developer also provides buyers with carefully tailored payment plans.
According to developers Vincitore Realty, this will include programmes with a guaranteed 8% net return on investment for investors and 1% monthly payment plans for purchasers.
Veer Doshi, Director of Vincitore Real Estate, said, “Dolce Vita represents the ultimate Italian lifestyle crafted by blending the world of branded designer residences with royal Italian hospitality. We aim to provide residents with a lifestyle that surpasses their expectations and brings them pure happiness and fulfilment.”
Each property, according to Doshi, has designer ceilings, artisan walls made by hand, gold accents and finishes, and sundeck patio balconies.
A ‘Garden of Florence’, the Verde golf course, and other facilities are also included in the proposal. Additionally, the complex will house the eateries Gusto Italiano Ristorante, Crystal Heaven, and Bella Vita Café, as well as Milano High Street Retail stores.
