Nest, an integrated student housing complex located at Sharjah megaproject Aljada, has been built by Sharjah developer Arada.
The Dh700 million Nest complex, which is five minutes drive from University City in Sharjah, has 2,473 completely furnished dorm rooms (both private and communal), distributed among 12 residential buildings. The Nest project includes a jogging track, an amphitheater, a central dining hall, communal TV rooms, study places, an art studio, a music hall, a library, and a 388,000-square-foot area.
Additionally, tenants will have access to study spaces, gyms, and swimming pools that are exclusively for men and women.
“Nest is an impeccably designed community that allows students an engaging and inspiring environment within the surroundings of Sharjah’s most exciting lifestyle community,” said
Ahmed Alkhoshaibi, Group CEO of Arada. “Nest residents benefit not only from incredible amenities within the complex but from the facilities in the rest of the Aljada master plan as well.”
Job opportunities
The developer added in a statement that Arada has also committed to offering Nest residents a variety of part-time employment options in nearby retail and food and beverage establishments, both in the complex and in Aljada as a whole.
The onsite management teams at Arada will arrange Nest’s leasing, which will begin in January.
