Q Holding subsidiary Q Properties has awarded an AED 61.96 million design and construction contract. Q Properties is a real estate developer.
According to a press release, the agreement covers approximately 5,000 piles of the foundation of the six apartment buildings in Reem Hills to NSCC International Ltd.
The structures that will be renovated include roomy one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments as well as three-bedroom townhouses, all of which are extremely comfortable and simple to use.
In addition, the Reem Hills neighborhood supports Q Properties’ mission to further Abu Dhabi’s international aspirations and promote the city’s economic growth.
AED 1.75 billion was given to Trojan General Contracting by Q Properties in August 2023 for the Phase 1 villas in Reem Hills.
