A company has been appointed by Dubai South Properties to develop The Pulse Beachfront Villas Community

Mohammed Abdulmohsin Al-Kharafi & Sons have been appointed by Dubai South Properties to construct The Pulse Beachfront Villas Community, which is located in Dubai South’s Residential District.

Within months of launching The Pulse Beachfront on the freehold market, Dubai South Properties sold out all 788 residential villas and townhouses that were available in three phases. The achievement is a continuation of the master developer’s previous remarkable results, proving the high demand for flats in Dubai South’s Residential District.

Pulse Beachfront is a Dh900 million development with units ranging in size from 2,600 to 4,800 square feet of living space and individual gardens ranging from 1,700 to 5,000 square feet. Three, four, and five-bedroom villas and townhouses make up the project’s residential units. Master bedrooms, a maid’s room, fully-equipped closed kitchens, private gardens, three covered private parking spaces, big living rooms, study rooms, and rooftops are all included in each villa. Dubai South Properties intends to start work on the project in Q2 2022, with the first phases expected to be completed in Q3 2024.

The project’s successful sell-out, according to a spokeswoman for Dubai South Properties, demonstrates investors’ and customers’ confidence in the company’s projects.

“The area has gained a lot of momentum, evident from the impressive number of Expo 2020 Dubai visitors, especially since many parts of the exhibition will now be repurposed, as well as due to the advanced infrastructure around the Expo 2020 site which is directly connected to Dubai South. The Pulse Beachfront is a unique project by itself, especially for its wellness aspect and the splendid amenities it features that enriches the lifestyles of residents where people can live, play and connect,” said the spokesperson.

The Residential District in Dubai South has a population of more than 25,000 people. The Pulse, which features beautiful green walkways, running and cycling tracks, eight gyms and swimming pools, and a variety of parks, has already turned over 1,400 apartments and townhouses.
