Sharjah: Sharjah developer Arada has declared the award of an agreement to build “Nest”, an integrated student lodging complex situated at its Sharjah megaproject Aljada.
The Dh367 million contract was won by Intermass Engineering and Contracting Company, a Sharjah-based contractor with more than 40 years’ involvement with the local development industry, which has additionally chipped away at past stages at Aljada and at Nasma Residences, Arada’s first undertaking.
Work on the 12 five-story apartment blocks at Nest will start as soon as possible, and the first units will be completed and handed over in the second quarter of 2022, the company provided in a statement.
