Another Dubai’s super-tall tower – the IL Primo – has had its topping outdone at Opera District. The tower stands at a height of more than 340 meters.
The tower will have a 77-storey structure with podium and six levels of basement and parking. The units are designed with views of these structures and residents can also choose for extra-large units done with floor-to-ceiling windows.
” This latest engineering feat brings the vision for Il Primo one step closer to reality, and we now direct our focus to the steel crown construction, façade installations and continue the MEP, fire and life safety, acoustics,” said Bader Hareb, of Emaar Development. “On completion, Il Primo will strengthen Emaar’s portfolio.”
IL Primo is located in the middle of Downtown Dubai’s Opera District, where life always hits a high note. Its architecture is styled on the classic wooden shows which make it the center of booming culture.
