Dubai: A designed digital platform will allow real estate to be bought and sold in Saudi Arabia, Saudi Minister of Justice, Walid Al-Samaani said to Al Saudiya Channel, on Tuesday, Al Arabiya reported.
It would give investors a genuine feeling by guaranteeing the accuracy of information about the real estate being executed.
He further said that some 10 million property ownership documents out of the predicted 100 million had already been digitized as part of the process.
Getting the real estate sector to the digital platform is an important part of the Kingdom’s efforts to modify its economy.
