You can enter Oman visa-free if you are from over 100 nationalities

The Royal Oman Police announced on March 14 that more than 100 nations might enter Oman without a visa and remain there for up to 14 days.

The organization in charge of processing and distributing visas in Oman is Royal Oman Police.

While you can be qualified for entry into Oman without a visa, you must make sure that you meet certain standards.

The exemption of the visa requirement is contingent upon a number of conditions, including:

  1. A prior and confirmed hotel booking
  2. Oman’s health insurance
  3. A round-trip ticket
  4. Your passport must be valid for at least six months

Can one extend my stay in Oman?

If you didn’t need a visa to enter Oman, you can extend your stay by requesting one through the ROP’s eVisa portal at https://evisa.rop.gov.om/. Your one-month visa extension will cost OMR20 (Dh190).

During a year, you can also apply for a visa with numerous entries as long as each visit doesn’t last longer than a month.
